The Vokidas Translator was designed to be a small Vista Sidebar gadget that will let you translate text using Google Translate. 23 languages and automatic language detection supported.
Users will be able to translate from and to English, Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish or just use the Auto-Detect option.

The Vokidas Translator is available in different versions.
Vokidas Translator 1.x:
For users who need only English and/or German to French language translation. A small toolbar with those languages is placed on the Vista Sidebar by default. But the toolbar is resizable and can be placed anywhere in the Sidebar with just a right click on the toolbar. You can easily expand the toolbar (use the green button on the right side) or minimize it to make more space for other tools.
Vokidas Translator 2.0:
The second version is a more extensive program with many more languages supported. It’s basically an improved Vokidas Translator 1.x. And it is fully compatible with Windows Sidebar Pro. In addition, the file association of the toolbar was improved so that it is not recognized as a file association anymore, but only as a Sidebar gadget. So you don’t need to change any setting to be able to use it as a Sidebar gadget. And last, but not least, you can now also change the text of the translated text in the Sidebar gadgets.
Vokidas Translator 3.x:
In the third version of Vokidas Translator we provide full compatibility with Windows Sidebar Pro and Vista Sidebar. The translated text in the Sidebar gadgets is no longer only text. It’s now the same as the toolbar with the possibility to edit the text as well. Furthermore, the most important issue for Vokidas users was solved: automatic language detection. It’s no longer necessary to have the proper language installed on the user’s computer and it works perfectly. So

The Easy way to enable or disable your printer.

Install:

Place the file wherever you would like the icon to appear, as long as you know where you would like the icon to be placed. Make sure the path is relative to where your.dmrc file is located.
The name of the shortcut can be whatever you would like for it to be.
To run the icon:
~/.dmrc
and change the shortcuts to your personal preferences:
~/.dmrc

The default file created by the installer doesn’t include the option to run the icon as root (if you desire to enable it) because the code didn’t make it to the final version.
Instead of using the normal installer icon to run this shortcut, you will need to make an.desktop file and launch it from there.
In Terminal, type:
cd Desktop
then:
sudo -i
And then paste this text into a file named:
~/.desktop
…and then save the file. To run the icon you must double-click the icon on your desktop. It will automatically ask you to enter your password. After it is done, you can close your Terminal window.
