LOKI was the first element of the “Hooniverse” universe. He is the son of the Desert Fox and the chosen Soul King. Together with his sister, Dusk, he leads the universes other Heroes to rule over the Hooniverse.
The first Hero, LOKI and sister Dusk, learned of the existence of the legendary Herofon. He and his sister found the catacombs of Hoonhattan. They discovered an alien bio-script and to the three they were the temple priests. They learned that the ancient Herofon were the mortal ancestors of their race. They learned that the creator of the Hooniverse, Heavenstorm, swapped the body of the twelfth herofan, in which he had lived in as a mortal, with the body of the ninth herofan. The ninth herofan, the Desert Fox, learned of this plan and decided that no one should be allowed to take hold of the gods.
He created the Consort of Pyre, Valatyr, as a mortal to obtain the secret of the afterlife. The couple raised the Twelves, the reincarnations of the ancient herofans, and led the races to free themselves from mortal bonds. The Twelves learned the secrets of the afterlife and the Herofan decided that LOKI and Dusk should be the first rulers of the Hooniverse. But Dusk decided she wanted to execute the Herofan instead of her brother. She took the secret of the afterlife and went to rule the mortal world.
The Desert Fox went crazy and built his own kingdom. He married the enchantress Siren and created a kingdom of horror and fear. But he ordered his son, Hellthrough, to destroy Dusk’s kingdom. Because LOKI knew that without Dusk, the Hooniverse would not function properly, he fled. He went to the Kingdom of Plants and the forest of mist to learn the secrets of the plants.
Because of the evil influence of Hellthrough, the Desert Fox died in a fit of madness and his son took over as the ruler of the Hooniverse. LOKI pursued the Twelves and succeeded in returning Dusk to her body. He knew that Hellthrough would never be satisfied until LOKI was dead.
